Electronic Communications

By using our online request process, you agree that information and disclosures may be provided electronically. You should have access to a device and software that can receive, display and retain electronic communications.

Contact Consent

Where you select or provide the applicable consent in the request form, you authorize Lucid Loan Now and participating providers to contact you using the phone number and email address you provided about your request, potential offers, related financial services or service matters.

Calls and Text Messages

Authorized communications may include telephone calls, SMS/text messages, automated technology or prerecorded messages where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Stopping Communications

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. For text messages, use the opt-out instructions included in the applicable message. Because independent third parties may receive your request, opting out with one sender may not automatically opt you out from other senders.
